Last year, Wandelt sent the media into a frenzy after claiming she was the McCann’s missing daughter.

During an episode of Dr Phil, she was awaiting the results of DNA test to find out where she was born and about her heritage.

However, Wandelt’s representative and psychic medium, Dr. Fia Johansson, told Radar Online ‘she is absolutely 100 percent from Poland’.

“She is a small percentage of Lithuanian and Russian, but the test results show she is Polish.” she said.

Amid the negative test results, Wandelt has appeared on a recent episode of the Break The Ice podcast to show some more ‘evidence’.

“I also have the same scar, if you look closely on some of these pictures or if you will change some contrast, shadows, lights,” she claimed.

“It’s not retouching, it’s just changing some parameters of pictures, you will see that Madeleine had the small scar on her

right cheek and I also have, and I will also send you this.”

She also claims to have memories of the kidnapping, saying: “I remember being taken, I remember being abused before being taken, and I remember that I was put into the car.

“So I remember being abused before being taken by a man, and other people were in the room, and I remember that someone used something like a syringe to put something [in] my body.

“I remember that someone gave me for the window to someone, to a man who had, and I don’t remember the face, I only remember that he had dark hair and that he was slim and tanned skin.

“This man who took me, I remember that he took me diagonally to the car that was hidden, a little bit later I remember that I couldn’t move my body in any way.

“I couldn’t say anything but I was mindful what was happening and I saw the full moon.

“I published the memories on my Instagram and I published that I saw the full moon and people checked if there was a full moon and they said that there was, they showed me the pictures of moon phases.”

The Polish woman also claims that she had reached out to Kate and Gerry McCann to do a DNA test with her, while also adding that her parents have ‘refused’ to do a DNA test because they ‘know I’m their child’.

In January 2024, Wandelt said that she ‘regrets’ saying that she was McCann, and also apologised to Kate and Gerry McCann.

She said: “I never meant to hurt anyone – including [the] McCanns. I really wanted to know who I am.”
