Deborah Finck has sadly died at the age of 57

TikTok star Deborah Finck shared a heartbreaking final post just one day before she died aged 57.

Deborah was diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma – a rare form of soft tissue cancer – five years ago. During that time, the TikToker had documented her health journey to her followers online, even helping those going through similar struggles.

To their devastation, Deborah’s daughter Katerina announced the influencer had died with a post shared with Finck’s followers on Instagram and TikTok on Tuesday (January 14).

Alongside a selection of photos of the two together, Katerina wrote: “To my mommy, my best friend, my sunshine – thank you for everything you’ve done for me.

“You were the most beautiful mother and the best mommy anyone could ever ask for. You taught me strength, courage, bravery, and what it means to truly love and never give up. You believed in me, stood by me, and showed me the meaning of unconditional love.

“You will always be remembered, never replaced. You were the sunshine of my life, and every time I see a sunflower, I will know you are here with me. Thank you to everyone who loved my mommy and showed her kindness. Your support means the world to us.”

On Monday (January 13), Deborah posted her final ever video, and she was remarkably helping others during her final hours.

The TikTok star responded to a fans’ struggles with severe depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts with some important advice.

“It meant a lot to me that you shared that. I sit here and I think, ‘Why me? … What have I done in this world to make a difference?’ And maybe this was my purpose,” she said in the video.

“You have a lot to live for. You have a lot of people still out there for you, and I don’t want to go anywhere either. I really don’t.”

Katherine has asked Deborah’s followers to consider donating to Ronald McDonald House, a charity close to the TikToker’s heart which helps sick children and their families with accommodation and more general support in their time of need.

The website states: “RMHC Philly creates a community of comfort and hope for the hundreds of families who stay with us all year long. Your gift makes you part of that community and provides for the needs of families facing childhood illnesses.”
