Elon Musk’s trans daughter vows to leave the United States following Donald Trump’s victory

On November 6, it was confirmed that Donald Trump managed to secure his victory over his Democratic rival Kamala Harris, setting the stage for his second term in office as the 47th President of the United States.
This marks a massive milestone for the 78-year-old, as he has become the second person in US history to reclaim the office after losing his first bid for re-election even alongside all the controversies surrounding him, including his criminal convictions.
Now it seems as though many people are looking for a way out yet another MAGA reign and one of those people is none other than Elon Musk’s daughter.

Musk is a loud and proud supporter of the former business tycoon and has been for several years now.
He played an influential part in supporting the President-elect’s recent campaign and has stood firmly alongside him at rallies as well as on social media.
However, his family might not feel quite the same.
Musk’s daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson, who is transgender, took to Threads to state that she wishes to leave the United States after the result earlier this week.
“I’ve thought this for a while, but yesterday confirmed it for me,” she said in a statement. “I don’t see my future being in the United States. Even if he’s only in office for 4 years, even if the anti-trans regulations magically don’t happen, the people who willingly voted this in are not going anywhere anytime soon.”
Others responded to the message, offering her kind words of support.
“The UK would love to have you! We are super progressive, our laws are fully inclusive. I have an LGBTQ young person and they’re at uni living their best lives! Plus we have history, tea, bisects, The Bake Off, pubs, the national trust and free healthcare… oh and the weather s***- to be fully open. It’ll rain til April now… but you just get a nice raincoat and it’s fine.”
Another added: “I, too, suggest you consider Australia. Ideally we do a swap, where for every progressive who moves to Australia we can encourage a misogynistic transphobic racist (yes we do have a few) to emigrate to the US.”
“I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape, or form,” she said according to Reuters.
