On Instagram, she posted a slideshow that included a photograph of herself with black, oily body paint covering her growing stomach, taken by Jacob Webster. The next slide shows her holding a positive pregnancy test.
“Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back,” she wrote in the caption—seemingly a nod to the actor’s miscarriage, which she described in her 2023 collection of poetry Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. (“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life,” she told Good Morning America of the loss. “It was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately… trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”)
This is Megan Fox’s fourth child and her first with partner Machine Gun Kelly. The two got engaged in 2022 when the musician proposed with a unique ring by jeweler Stephen Webster, featuring her birthstone, an emerald, and his, a diamond.
Fox first shared news of their engagement on Instagram with a heartfelt message. “In July 2020, we sat under this banyan tree, asking for magic and unaware of the challenges our love would bring. We were intoxicated by it all,” she wrote. “A year and a half later, after walking through hell and laughing more than I ever imagined, he asked me to marry him. Just as in every lifetime before and after, I said yes.”
Since then, Fox and Kelly have embraced their journey, celebrating both the highs and the struggles. Their bond, built on shared experiences, seems stronger than ever as they look forward to welcoming their first child together.
