The owner of Tesla gave his opinion on the former couple’s judicial war and denied having had an affair with the actress while she was married to the Hollywood star.

Elon Musk denied sleeping with Amber Heard behind Johnny Depp’s back and jokingly challenged the Hollywood star to a fight. “I was definitely not having an affair with Amber while she was married to Johnny, this is totally false,” the Tesla founder told the New York
Times about the claims made during Depp’s explosive defamation trial against the tabloid The Sun in the United Kingdom..

Musk, 49, a father of six, laughed when asked if it was true that he had a threesome with Heard, 34, and model Cara Delevingne, 27, at Depp’s penthouse in Los Angeles. “We didn’t make a trio. “I think people think these things are generally more salacious than they are,” he told the newspaper.

Insisting that he only started dating the actress after she split from Depp, Musk suggested during an hour-long phone interview that it is time for the former couple to “bury the hatchet and move on.”

Musk, who is worth an estimated $66 billion, according to Forbes, laughed again when questioned by the newspaper about revelations in London court that Depp derogatorily called him ” Mollusk.”

Additionally, the actor allegedly threatened to cut off his penis after finding out about his wife’s alleged affair with him. When asked about text messages the Pirates of the Caribbean star had allegedly sent him threatening him, the Tesla boss joked: ” If Johnny wants a cage fight, let me know.”

“I hope (Depp) recovers from this situation,” the magnate concluded.

Appearing at the High Court in London on behalf of The Sun newspaper, whose publisher, News Group Newspapers, is being sued by her ex-husband for defamation in a 2018 article that called him a “wife beater,” Heard, 34, denied that she had an affair with Musk, or with another person while she was married to Depp.

The actress claimed that Depp, 57, attacked her on at least 14 occasions, often threatening to kill her, and that he slapped her, hit her on the head and kicked her during violent outbursts of jealousy sparked by her excessive drug and alcohol use.

Depp denies hitting Heard and says her claims are a hoax.

In her witness statement, Heard said Depp had accused her of having affairs with numerous co-stars and that he became enraged with jealousy, which led him to be violent.

The court heard claims that Heard had exchanged text messages with Musk in May 2016, following a violent outburst by Depp in which he hit her and destroyed her Los Angeles penthouse.

Depp’s lawyer read several texts between Heard and Musk that were sent between them just hours after a fight she had with Depp on May 21, 2016. In one, Musk offers her her own security team, and in another, writes: ” Sorry for being an idiot. The radio silence hurt a lot.

It only matters because I like you a lot.”

Musk complained that his feelings were “hurt” when Heard cut off contact with him during her marriage to Depp, according to the exchange of messages between them that were shown in court in Britain last Tuesday.
